What the membership does — and does not — promise.
Rather than expose the business to open-ended parts and labour costs, included visits have defined allowances. Major replacement components remain chargeable and are quoted before fitting.

Clear rules prevent awkward arguments later.
- The boiler must be operating normally with no known existing fault at the time of application.
- Breakdown benefits begin after the initial waiting period; the annual service can be scheduled separately.
- Replacement components, major parts and work beyond the plan allowance are chargeable unless a plan specifically says otherwise.
- Sludge, scale, corrosion, system design defects, inaccessible pipework and pre-existing faults are excluded.
- Membership is for normal domestic use and an eligible domestic gas boiler at the registered address.
- We may require an initial inspection and can decline an unsuitable system before activating the membership.
